Casa de los Sueños has a little more to offer than most apartments on Atlantic View, as it has extra space and an added en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom. The bedrooms are accessed from a hallway rather than the directly off the living area, and this gives a sense of space and privacy for sharing guests with the added bonus of a bathroom for each bedroom.

The apartment boasts high speed WiFi and full English/French/Spanish/German/Italian TV channels. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine and washing machine.  All bed linen and towels are provided.   The owners have even recently had air conditioning installed to give their guests the option to cool down when the heat gets a little too hot.

There is a communal swimming pool and sun loungers are provided around the pool, for guests to enjoy the Lanzarote sunshine.

Atlantic View is located in the Los Mojones area of the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen and only a five minute walk to the nearest shops and restaurants of the old town. It is just a ten minute walk to Playa Chica and the old town harbour with a choice of fabulous restaurants, where you can sit with a cold refreshment, enjoy some tapas and take in the spectacular Lanzarote sunset skies. And a fifteen minute stroll will take you to the bustle of Puerto del Carmen Avenida, and all it has to offer, with an array of shops, restaurants, bars and stunning beaches.

Puerto del Carmen really has it all! Beautiful Sandy beaches, fabulous restaurants, and an old town with typical old town charm and an Avenida bustling with vibrancy and life.

This apartment is only suitable for a maximum of 4 guests.

Smoking is only permitted outside on the terrace and strictly no smoking inside the apartment.

Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided for you, and there is a washing machine at the property for your use. If you are staying for 10 nights or longer, as standard, you will also receive a spare set of bed linen and towels for each guest. If you are staying for less than 10 nights and require a spare bed linen and towel set, this can be arranged for an additional cost of 20€ per double / twin room.

We do also offer a cleaning service and if you would like the cleaning team to clean, and carry out bed linen changes while you are staying, we offer this service for an additional cost. The cleaning service does need to be booked at least 7 day before your arrival, and if you are interested we can give you a cleaning quote dependent on your requirements.

Check in and check out times are there to enable the cleaning team to prepare your holiday home and we cannot guarantee early check in or a late departure. We can always check one day before arrival or one day before your departure if there is a possibility, dependent on if there is a same day changeover on either of these days. The only way to guarantee an earlier check in or a later departure is to book an extra day.
