Location, location, location!  You and your group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located apartment in Puerto del Carmen, consisting of 2 bedrooms, which include a double and a twin bedroom.

This is an end apartment so there are only neighbours on one side, and due to the staggered design of the apartments, there is complete privacy from the large terrace and sea views. As you enter the modern well presented apartment there is an open-plan living area complete with fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a sofa area and smart TV.  The large outside terrace boasts sun loungers and a table and chairs for al-fresco dining.

On the upper level, there is a fantastic communal pool area with a children's pool, loungers for guests to use, and outstanding panoramic sea views.

Atalaya is located in the new town area of Puerto del Carmen, with a supermarket next door to the complex making it very easy to get your supplies. It is just a three minute walk to the bustle of Puerto del Carmen Avenida (Casino), and all it has to offer, with an array of shops, restaurants, bars and stunning beaches.

Puerto del Carmen really has it all! Beautiful Sandy beaches, fabulous restaurants, and an old town with typical old town charm and an Avenida bustling with vibrancy and life.

This apartment is only suitable for a maximum of 4 guests.

Smoking is only permitted outside on the terrace and strictly no smoking inside the apartment.

Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided for you, and there is a washing machine at the property for your use. If you are staying for 10 nights or longer, as standard, you will also receive a spare set of bed linen and towels for each guest. If you are staying for less than 10 nights and require a spare bed linen and towel set, this can be arranged for an additional cost of 20€ per double / twin room.

We do also offer a cleaning service and if you would like the cleaning team to clean, and carry out bed linen changes while you are staying, we offer this service for an additional cost. The cleaning service does need to be booked at least 7 day before your arrival, and if you are interested we can give you a cleaning quote dependent on your requirements.

Check in and check out times are there to enable the cleaning team to prepare your holiday home and we cannot guarantee early check in or a late departure. We can always check one day before arrival or one day before your departure if there is a possibility, dependent on if there is a same day changeover on either of these days. The only way to guarantee an earlier check in or a later departure is to book an extra day.
